Effective 1 Aug 2019, no cash accepted for any visa application or consular payments at Delhi Embassy (No exceptions!)

Starting on Thursday, 1 August 2019, no cash payments will be accepted for any visa applications and other consular services at the Estonian Embassy in New Delhi.  Fees can be paid either by bank card or with a bank transfer to the Estonian Ministry bank accounts provided on the Embassy website. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

Per guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, the Embassy of Estonia in New Delhi will no longer accept any cash payments for visa applications or any consular services, and the only possible means of payment is by debit card or credit card. This rule applies to all nationalities. Please do not request exceptions to be made for your special case – this will not be granted.

Please also note that if you are making your visa payment to the Estonian Ministry as instructed on this website’s visa payments section, then this payment must be made at least 5 days prior to your appointment at the Embassy to ensure the sum has been deposited at the Estonian bank and the visa officer can view this, in addition to the payment confirmation slip you are to present.

Thank you for your compliance.
